The norda® 055 is engineered for runners taking on the world's most demanding mountain races. Combining race-day speed with exceptional stability, it brings together advanced materials and precision engineering to create an ultra-distance trail shoe capable of handling technical terrain in all conditions.

At its core sits a pure Arnitel® TPEE midsole, delivering class-leading energy return, outstanding responsiveness and remarkable durability while maintaining a lightweight feel. The result is a highly efficient ride that remains consistent across varying temperatures and long hours on the trail.

The upper is constructed from bio-circular woven Dyneema® blended with nylon, creating an exceptionally lightweight yet incredibly strong shell that offers excellent breathability and rapid water drainage. A seamless one-piece knit sock collar wraps the foot like a second skin, preventing debris from entering the shoe while improving lockdown and long-distance comfort. Working alongside the integrated internal foot binding system and Dyneema® laces, the fit remains secure and highly adaptable across changing terrain.

Underfoot, a proprietary norda x Vibram® Megagrip Elite outsole provides exceptional grip on technical trails. Featuring aggressive 5mm lugs and a tread pattern inspired by the topography of Québec, it delivers dependable traction across rock, mud and mixed mountain terrain.

Purpose-built for races such as UTMB®, Hardrock® and other ultra-distance mountain events, the norda® 055 is designed to perform where speed, stability and durability matter most.
