Nike Men's ZoomX Vaporfly Next% 4 x DISTANCE

The Nike ZoomX Vaporfly Next% 4 is a lighter, more streamlined evolution of Nike's flagship road-racing platform, designed to deliver a fast, propulsive ride from the mile through to the marathon. At approximately 190g, the Vaporfly 4 combines responsive ZoomX foam with a full-length carbon-fibre Flyplate to maximise energy return and forward momentum without unnecessary weight.

The latest iteration uses a reduced heel and tongue alongside an engineered mesh upper, creating a lighter package while maintaining a consistent, secure fit. Underfoot, Nike's ZoomX foam runs the length of the midsole, delivering a highly responsive sensation as the shoe transitions through the stride.

The full-length carbon-fibre Flyplate is positioned at a higher angle than the previous Vaporfly 3 and works alongside the lower 6mm heel-to-toe drop to create a distinctly propulsive transition from landing to toe-off. The result is a race-focused platform that feels particularly effective when pace is high.

This special-edition colourway was created in collaboration with DISTANCE, the French running shop and community hub known for its focus on performance running and the culture surrounding it. Finished in Total Orange with contrasting black, white and metallic silver detailing.

• Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam, just got lighter. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before with a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy feel.
• The full-length carbon fibre Flyplate sits at a higher angle compared to the plate in the Vaporfly 3. It combines with a lower heel-to-toe drop to give you a propulsive feel on race day.
