The ASICS SUPERBLAST 3 is a high-stack performance trainer built for runners who want maximum cushioning without compromising on pace. Designed to handle everything from everyday mileage and long runs to tempo sessions, the latest version combines two advanced foam compounds with a lightweight, energetic platform.

At the heart of the shoe is FF LEAP cushioning, ASICS’ lightest and most responsive foam, inspired by the technology used in the METASPEED racing range. It delivers a highly responsive, bouncy feel while keeping the shoe light enough for regular training.

FF BLAST PLUS cushioning works alongside FF LEAP to add softer, cloud-like cushioning without losing responsiveness. The combination creates a highly energetic platform that feels particularly effective when the miles start to build or the pace picks up.

The engineered woven upper provides breathable, lightweight comfort, while a gusseted tongue wing fit system improves midfoot lockdown and helps prevent the tongue from shifting during faster running.

Underfoot, the trampoline-inspired outsole shape works with the midsole foams to enhance rebound and create a more energetic toe-off. Reflective details add visibility for early-morning and evening runs.
