The adidas Women's Adizero Adios Pro 5 is a dedicated road racing shoe engineered around the demands of marathon pace. Its combination of extremely low weight, high-energy cushioning and carbon-fibre ENERGYRIM technology creates a responsive platform designed to maximise efficiency over race distance.

A Lightstrike Pro midsole provides lightweight cushioning and energy return, while the carbon-fibre ENERGYRIM system helps translate that cushioning into a more responsive transition through the gait cycle. The 4mm drop maintains a relatively low-profile geometry, encouraging a quick, efficient feel as the pace increases.

The Lightlock 2.0 upper uses a one-way stretch textile that adapts to foot movement while maintaining a secure race-day fit. Fast, snug lacing further refines the lockdown, while the Lighttraxion outsole reduces unnecessary weight and incorporates Continental™ rubber in key areas for dependable grip. At approximately 153g, the result is an exceptionally lightweight option for dedicated road racing.
