Clachnaben, near Banchory, is a distinctive hill mainly due to the large granite tor at the summit and is visible from many points across Deeside.
The race itself features a total of approximately 690m of ascent and a total distance of 13.6km. It’s a challenging route and has everything you’d want from a classic hill race.
For the second year in a row, Out & Back supported the race with a presence on the day as well as providing a prize for the male and female overall winners of the race.
Stay tuned for info on the 2027 race!
